Visitor’s Schedule Spring 2013

Make the best of your visit by contacting the Office of Admissions and Records to schedule both a tour of campus and set a meeting with the department. If a campus visit is unnecessary, a departmental visit only can be set by emailing chbe-advisingillinois [dot] edu or phoning (217) 244-2021. Please plan your departmental visit according to the department's visitor's schedule or take advantage of other resources for convenience, as stated below.

Mondays: 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Thursdays: 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Fridays: 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
The department requests scheduling visits at least one week in advance. Other visitor dates/times may be scheduled by appointment, scheduling no less than three weeks before the visit date.

Department representation will be available for campus organized visits, including Student Admitted Days and Orange and Blue Days.

The School of Chemical Sciences’ Academic Advising Office also accepts visitors for the Chemical Engineering Department on an appointment basis. Make an appointment by emailing: advisingscs [dot] illinois [dot] edu

The department is closed for the following holidays in 2012-13 and will not accept appointments on: Monday-Friday, December 24-28; Monday-Tuesday, December 31-January 1; Monday January 21; Monday, May 27.
